Description

Light crusty roll approx. 3.75in x 2.5in. Proof-and-bake format.

PLACE FROZEN DOUGH ON A LINED SHEET PAN. COVER WITH SILICONE PAPER (IDENTIFY PRODUCT). DEFROST OVERNIGHT IN THE RETARDER. 2. PAN 3 X 5. GIVE 20 - 30 MINUTES FLOOR TIME. 3. PROOF UNTIL DOUBLE IN SIZE. 4. BAKE UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN. (APPROX. 20 MINUTES). BRUSH OR SPRAY WITH WATER WHEN REMOVED FROM THE OVEN IF DESIRED. OVEN TEMPERATURE: CONVENTIONAL: 375 F - 400 F (190 C - 204 C) CONVECTION: 350 F (180 C)
