Our Fully Cooked Plain Steamed Roaster Chicken Wings - Ovenable are made using fresh, never frozen chicken wings. We use a mild seasoning which allows the operator to personalize to their customer’s liking. The steam cooked process locks in the natural juices and flavor of our chicken wings. Serve as is or add a signature dipping sauce or dry seasoning.

Preparation
COOK FROM FROZEN

1 Deep fry wings at 350ºF (177ºC) for 4 minutes

2 Pizza Oven (Conveyor) from thaw 480ºF (249ºC) for 7 - 9 minutes. From frozen 480ºF (249ºC) for 10 - 12 minutes

3 Convection oven at 425°F (204°C). Reheat the wings for 12 - 14 minutes, turning halfway
