Packaging and storage
Keep frozen until ready to eat. Storage: -18°C / 0°F (+/- 12°C / 10°F) Transport / Distribution: -18°C / 0°F (not to exceed 12°C / 10°F) Do not refreeze after thawing . Once thawed, keep refrigerated at max. 7ºC (44°F) and consume within 24 hours.
Preparation and cooking
Product frozen in the microwave - Reheating in the microwave (1100 W): Remove 6 mini pancakes from the packaging and place them on a microwave-safe dish. Heat for 60 seconds or until heated through. / Product frozen in a regular oven: Heat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Remove 6 mini pancakes from packaging. Cook for 3 to 4 minutes or until heated through.
