Browne's 3" x 7" Slotted Fish Turner is made out of German carbon steel that was treated and tempered to provide a strong, long-lasting spatula. Despite the name "fish spatula" this turner is not just for flipping fish. It can be used to flip light foods by gently lifting them off the cooking surface without the fear of food breaking.

Its durable blade is attached to the white nylon handle that is heat resistant up to 446°F. The fish turner is dishwasher safe for added convenience.
