Preparation
In a large saucepan, stir 640 g (full bag) Cheese Sauce Mix into 4 L cold water.
Cook over medium heat. Bring to a boil, stirring frequently.
Reduce heat and simmer for 2-3 min., stirring occasionally.
Refrigerate unused portions.
