A Canadian Favourite - made from 100% Canadian potatoes and
lightly battered to perfection in a smooth clear coating
Ingredients
Potatoes, canola oil, modified potato starch, salt, rice flour, potato dextrin, modified tapioca starch, sodium phosphate, baking powder, xanthan gum, dextrose.
COOKING INSTRUCTIONS
Deep fry 1/2 basket (680 g, 1 1/2 lb) at 350°F (177°C) for 2 1/2-3 minutes. Product must be fully cooked for food safety and quality.
Cook from frozen state using recommended time and temperature. Shake basket after 30 seconds. Since appliances vary, these
cooking times are approximate. Cook to desired texture. Always cook to a light golden colour. DO NOT OVERCOOK! NOT
RECOMMENDED FOR COOKING IN A MICROWAVE OVEN.
