Preparation and cooking
For each 85g of pasta, bring 1 L of water to the boil. Add 1/2 tsp. tbsp (15 ml) of salt (optional). Add the pasta to the boiling water and stir. Cook uncovered for 9 to 11 minutes, stirring occasionally, until desired consistency. Drain them well. Cooking time for 'al dente' pasta: 10 minutes
